Any information gathered on any subsection of this site is controlled by the Minden Police Association. Once gathered, information submitted is the property of the Minden Police Association. Pertinent information is forwarded at the discretion of the moderators/admins to the appropriate officer, detective, or division for investigation, without dissemination to the department as a whole. Anonymity is maintained by the Minden Police Association, as a result, any submitted information is not subject to FOIA requests to the Minden Police Department, due to the Minden Police Association's status as a private entity.
